Welcome to Cortijo La Vista – where food is more than a meal; it is a moment to pause, taste and enjoy life in Andalusia.
Whether you wake up to the clucking of our chickens, take a seat at a long table under the stars, or listen to the silence with a glass of wine from the honesty bar – everything here revolves around flavour, atmosphere and togetherness.

 

Breakfast full of local flavours

Every morning we serve our guests a breakfast full of pure, local products. Think of tostada with tomato and olive oil, thick yoghurt made with fresh milk from our farmer, eggs from our own chickens and seasonal fresh fruit.
You can choose from six breakfast variations – from the classic Desayuno Andaluz to our Healthy Start with oats and pancakes.

 

Themed evenings under the stars

Once a week – or on request and depending on the season’s pace – we turn our restaurant and terrace into an intimate dining moment, exclusively for our guests.
We bake pizzas in our oven in the restaurant kitchen, fire up the outdoor bread oven for freshly baked loaves, or create an evening full of tapas and grilled specialities.
Everything served at one long table, beneath a sky full of stars, with the calm and the flavours of Andalusia as company.

 

Honesty Bar & Sharing Board

Our honesty bar is a true Andalusian bar, complete with beer on tap, local wines, soft drinks and warm drinks.
You help yourself to what you want, write it down on your list, and enjoy it on the terrace or in the lounge.
Make it even cosier with our sharing board: a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, olives and nuts, as local as possible from the Córdoba area.
Perfect for sunset or as a gentle end to the day.


Seasonal day menu

Every day we prepare a different day menu, based on what the season and the local market have to offer.
In the morning, the menu appears on our chalkboard – sometimes with a stew simmering slowly on the stove, sometimes with a fresh salad or fish of the day.
To avoid food waste, we kindly ask guests to reserve before 11:00.
This allows us to buy the best products and ensures nothing goes to waste.

 

Dietary needs? No problem. We can cook vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or low-carb.
On request, we adapt the day menu so everyone can enjoy a fresh and flavourful meal.
We publish one set menu, but happily vary for anyone with a special request.
